Skin Boosters

Skin Boosters (injectable moisturisers),do exactly what they say, they improve the skin. They can do this in several ways, using various ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, amino acids and peptides.

Skin Boosters, such as Profhilo and Seventy Hyal, are generally used for minimising the ageing process side effects, by improving skin hydration, skin texture, improving pigmentation, stimulating collagen and elastin as well as enhancing skin radiance.

Profhilo®

Profhilo® is an innovative treatment for the improvement of ageing skin, delivering dramatic improvement in skin firmness, tightness and quality.

Patients who undergo a Profhilo® treatment can expect to see increased firmness and improved elasticity of the skin in the treatment area, with the effects lasting up to 6 months.

Profhilo® contains stabilised Hyaluronic Acid – a naturally occurring substance that helps the skin to retain moisture more effectively. It is also used for effective skin re-modelling and treating skin laxity, not just for ‘filling’ lines and wrinkles.

Profhilo® can be used on the face, neck, décolletage, hands or anywhere on the body to achieve tighter, firmer more hydrated skin.

2-3 treatments are recommended, at 4 weekly intervals.

Maintenance top ups are recommended at 3 months.
